Breakfast: Begin with freshly squeezed juice and then enjoy a generous offering of fine local cheeses,
salad seasoned with locally produced olive oil, homemade preserves, an herb omelet or egg fried in olive oil and za'atar (a Middle Eastern herb), olive spread, two types of butter, tuna salad and bread fresh out of the oven. Complete (or begin) the meal with latte, espresso or tea. Bon appetite!
